Services Offered:
Dear Lakesha commits to delivering comprehensive financial education services as outlined on the Dear Lakesha website. These services encompass prerecorded financial videos, in person financial education sessions involving travel, and virtual live education options. The provision of these services is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Problem Resolution:
Dear Lakesha is committed to promptly addressing client concerns. Clients should notify Dear Lakesha in writing at info@dearlakesha.com regarding any issues. Our team will make every effort to resolve them satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Payment Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancellation:
1. Workbook: Due to the instant download nature, purchases are considered final, refunds are unavailable. 

2. Pre-recorded Education Session: Due to the instant download nature, purchases are considered final, refunds are unavailable. Downloads are available for 30 days after purchase.

3. In Person Education Session:
Rescheduling: With a written request with a minimum 30 day notice, a mutually agreed upon rebooked date within 6 months of the original date will be arranged. Any adjustments to travel accommodations, including flights and hotels, shall be at the expense of the client.
Cancellations: Full refund within 7 days of booking; deposit forfeiture thereafter.

4. Virtual Group Education Session:
Rescheduling: With a written request 14 days prior, reschedule within 6 months based on availability.
Cancellations: Full refund within 7 days of booking; deposit forfeiture thereafter.

5. Virtual Private Education Session:
Rescheduling: With a written request within 24 hours, reschedule within 30 days based on availability.
Cancellations: Personal consultations are not eligible for refund, all payments are final. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the course of services. Dear Lakesha will uphold confidentiality and will not disclose any client specific information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Contract Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Termination shall not affect rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.
